| ABSTRACTmall Creative Director Blake Kimmel has designed a shirt for his former track team and alma mater, Edison High School. Blake describes his work sessions on this shirt as being some of the most difficult since he began designing several years ago, "Nothing was really coming together and I was futzing around with so many ideas that wound up in dead ends; I was about to call if off, go with Times New Roman black and white text." But, according to Blake, a 20-minute span of strategic paint splot placement and some healthy creative revitalization from the LRG line, and he was back on track. "I am probably happier with this shirt than anything I have ever done. Pro-Bono graphic work makes me feel all tingly inside." ABSTRACTmall is pleased to support prep athletics and the continuing evolution of artistic expression amongst athletic communities. |
