ABSTRACTmall works with Jiberish to give you the best online shopping experience possible. Like us, Jiberish takes their customer service very seriously and wants to be fair to all customers. We produce and sell very limited edition runs and we have tried our best to keep our loyal and tight knit fan base informed about upcoming releases and availability.
 In order to do this we will be refunding the customers who ordered before 6PM and re-releasing this hat with the actual, and correct inventory at 10AM Mountain Standard Time on Friday, July 2nd (there was no actual inventory setup on the 5950 hat referenced since it was not supposed to be Live until 6PM MST). Because some hat styles sold out in under 15 minutes this made for a major advantage/disadvantage depending on where you sat when the dust settled.  We are sorry for any inconvenience our error has caused. We are both small and growing companies doing our best to cater to our loyal customer base. Thanks so much for your continued support and excitement about our products. We are doing this to be fair and equitable to everyone involved. |
